When our solar panels were installed it affected one of our our door kitchen ceiling lights! Twenty feet up, this I was unable to address it myself! I got with my rep Sarah Saldivar and she facilitated getting a person out to assess my issue. Today Tristan arrived, located the problem and fixed it! It’s was one of those terrible up in the attic in a small crawl space situation! Tristan was gracious, professional, friendly and very competent!! He went above and beyond to rectify my lighting problem! Thank you Sarah and Tristan for showing such compassion and willingness to help me out🙏Aloha, Mikel

Andrew did a fantastic job of guiding me through the process of adding solar to our house. He helped present a couple of options with and without a battery backup since I wasn't sure what would be best for my family. The production is exactly as expected and we couldn't be happier with the entire process. The entire team at freedom solar made it easy!

Freedom Solar did a great job installing my system. Sadly a major component broke and that didn't go so well, mainly due I think to the staffing shortages that plague many businesses now. Despite this, Service Coordinator Josie Smith and technician Levi did their best, and the panels are now working. Their hearts are in the right place, they kept me informed, and they are doing as well as anyone could given the constraints of modern life!

Freedom installed the solar panels on my company's office building and we had a great experience with them, so I reached out to them first when we decided to explore going solar at our home. Kyle Poss visited our home and reviewed our options. He was absolutely fantastic to work with and was transparent with the pricing and options and worked hard through a few challenges we encountered with a flat roof on our carport. Although we ultimately decided to postpone this project, Kyle and the Freedom folks remained extremely helpful and worked with us. We look forward to working with Kyle and Freedom again when it's time to resume our project down the road. Thanks again.
