Responsive and easy to work with! Kyle was fantastic and offered ideas and options for our fencing. The team is detail oriented and our fence is beautiful.

Our project took place in two parts. First was to replace some old wood fencing in a few sections of our yard and install new fence along a portion where there were some bushes previously. The second part was to replace the double gate. Chad was able to use the existing poles, saving me some money and also took care of any problems that popped up along the way. Any questions or concerns were quickly answered and rectified. I was completely satisfied with the end result.

Fence Pros Direct did a wonderful job fencing our backyard! We recently bought a house after moving to RI from out of state, and moved in with our two pups. The backyard wasnâ t fenced though when we moved in, so the dogs couldnâ t go out. I called between 10-15 fence companies, and Fence Pros Direct was the only company that could still fit us in this year. Chad came out, measured the yard, and sent us a quote a few days later. While it wasnâ t the lowest quote we received, it was well worth it to use to use a company that communicated well, and was able to come out in an efficient timeframe. Less than two weeks from when I originally reached out, our fence was built! The crew that came out to actually set it up was incredibly friendly, & built the fence in just a few hours. It appears to be very sturdy & well constructed. They answered all my questions, and built it exactly as anticipated. Payments can all be made through an e-check portal, and Chad was always quick to answer any emails & phone calls. I would definitely recommend this company for all your fencing needs!

We could not have been more pleased with the entire process. We accepted Fence Pros bid on 9/10 and went from acceptance to completed project in TEN days! Chad was in constant contact regarding materials, delivery and installation scheduling. His guys came Saturday and banged out the entire back yard in one day. Looks great and the dogs are now safe and secure! Thanks for the good work.
