I received two quotes for the stucco repair. I thought the first was very high and got a second quote for Fernandez Stucco Construction. Juan was very prompt in responding and gave me a quote that was substantially lower and in line with what I considered reasonable. The work was done in a timely manner and to my full satisfaction. I would definitely use them again if needed.

We had our chimney resurfaced with a more durable ;bird proof EIFS synthetic stucco. Fernandez stucco did a great job and the chimney looks like new. Juan was easy to work with, kept us up to date and was always responsive to questions. The crew worked hard and seemed to be a nice group of guys. Would definitely recommend Fernandez stucco to anyone needing stucco work.

Juan is a good person who delivers what he promises. If you need work on your Stucco project make sure to go with someone that specializes in Stucco like Fernandez Stucco. We had to replace our entire chimney (including underneath rotted plywood) because our builder did the stucco wrong. Fernandez Stucco does a great job and is the most ideal contractor you would want to hire.
