Roofing Industrial Services did a wonderful job on my house. They coordinated with a Solar company to install a new roof and then panels on my roof. They did a really good job on the new roof. Their prices were reasonable. Their workers were always on time. They would alert us to expect pounding and noise, and all in all were efficient and very pleasant to be around. They cleaned up well and had the roof all set up for the solar company to add the panels. They were truly excellent in their workmanship. I have a good warrantee, that I don't expect to use. Thank you John and team.

Working with this company was easy from the very start. I asked for a quote and the owner, John came out the very next week. When the men came out the week after that to work on the roof, they were very respectful, and communicative with me. One of them gave me their cell so I could communicate with them while they were on the roof if I had any questions. The work was completed in a timely manner. I hope I never have another roofing issue, but if I do I would absolutely use them again.

Roofing Industrial Services did an outstanding job with my roof (mostly a flat roof with a small pitched and shingled section) ! I usually dred hiring contractors, but Mike was a great project manager starting with a detailed, educational overview of the proposal, down to the finishing touches and working on days off, to get the project completed.

He was always available to answer my questions, address any concerns I had throughout the process. He and his crew went above and beyond to coordinate with our siding contractor ensuring the new roof was prepped for the siding installation. His clear communication made a big difference in reducing the stress of such a major project.

John checked in daily with the team on site, making sure everything went to plan, and when it didn't, he proposed quick solutions to correct the situation to my satisfaction. He stayed on time (4 days!), on budget (best proposal I received), and the roof looks great! Communication throughout the project was excellent as well. I wish Roofing Industrial Services and John were available to contract on any other types of jobs - I would without hesitation.

Project Manager Jamie was a standout. He patiently explained the entire process beforehand and took the time to answer all my questions. During the final walk-through, he meticulously inspected the work, ensuring everything was perfect. I felt confident that everything was done right, down to the smallest detail. While Roofing Industrial Services wasn't the cheapest option, their competitive quote combined with the exceptional service and peace of mind they provided made it absolutely worth it.
