I was planning to give this company a five-star review. But, after I handed over a check for $10K, I discovered that the wrong faucet had been replaced on the outside of the house and my bathtub still is not draining properly. I have called this business multiple times to get these things corrected but they are refusing to return my calls. The plumber was supposed to coat all the pipes and do some other work that was discovered once they got started (the original quote was $4k, but there were more substantial issues and I do not dispute that). But I was promised a scope video to see the finished work and I have never received it. I really have no idea whether the work was done correctly. This has been extremely disappointing because it is a small family-owned business and I really liked everyone I dealt with. I also hired them based on previous reviews. If there is a change in this situation, I will definitely update this review. But at this time I do not recommend this company.

Jordan from flex drain went to my grandmothers house. I live in NY and she is in Florida. I called and set up the appointment for her over the phone they are polite and patient with questions. My grandmother is older and lives alone. I called her after the appointment to see how it went and she was so happy and felt safe and listened to. Jordan was so patient with her and didnâ t just rush threw the job. He even was able to fix another project on the spot for us. i highly recommend this business for anyone with plumbing needs. The price and work was the best i could find. We will definitely be using them for all out plumbing needs!!

FlexDrain Solutions responded immediately to my request for service. I needed a second opinion and Jordan had the expertise needed to solve our water issue. He was punctual and professional but most of all friendly and able to explain the pipe situation clearly in the initial visit. His experience and knowledge base gave us confidence. He and a team returned to do the work and I was able to use my washer by the end of the day. I highly recommend Jordan and FlexDrain if you have an older home!
