Overall bad experience. Initial estimate meeting was good. Scheduling was fine. I let them know there was a change in one of the needs when I scheduled. Workers showed up they said they had no idea what work they were doing. I explained the work, then they completed in a couple hours. Original estimate was three times that so tells person who estimated did not realize what needed to be done and over quoted. Later the bill came and the rates quoted jumped $70/hr and I was billed for several more hours. After questioning the bill, eventually it was reduced but still overcharged. They made false and rude comments to me. The work may have been fast and good but being overcharged slyly like that and rude when questioned, I would not use them again.

The provide excellent work on a new meter and junction box that was going to cost more elsewhere. They were also very timely and accommodating.

Mike the owner was very forthcoming and honest with the inspection of my old 100 amp service panel. Mike gave me the fairest price for replacement and install for parts and labor. To give fair comparison and perspective from my point of view, I’ll just say that you should shop around and get estimates from as many as you can! I had several estimates for my new electrical panel they ranged from $3300 quote from Mr.Sparky Electric to the lowest of $1387 from Florida Power Electric LLC! It’s evident to see I chose Florida Power, not only was the work performed on time as promised, they quality of the work was excellent! I couldn’t be any happier for the cleanliness and efficiency in which they worked. Thank you to Mike and his main Electrician!
