Pros: quickly completed the job, did come back and use a marker to fill in areas where stain was missed. (but missed many spots the first time around) Cons: did not show up for the consult on time, pushed our job back to a different day and notified us Friday prior to the Monday they were supposed to start. They did not lock out front door upon leaving, leaving us vulnerable to theft. Certain aspects asked for like filling in the gaps between board were NOT done, with no solution provided. When I didn?t respond to a text quickly enough they just stopped over to ?repair? the floor with a marker without scheduling a time, changing our entire plan for the day. Less than impressed.

My new tile floor is beautiful! Gary and Jeff were both very helpful after a bad experience with another contractor. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Definitely recommend!

I'm so glad we trusted Footprints Flooring to replace the wood floors in our kitchen and dining area. Gary was very helpful with the process of planning and going over options. The installation crew did beautiful work with the design and finish. We love our new floors!
