Write a ReviewIf I could give a ZERO star review to your Livonia office I would. The following letter was sent to my Inspector at the Livonia office, and he replied: I have forwarded your email up the chain of management. Thought this job was done 6 months ago. The Genord family sold the business but the same management is intact. Nothing I can say to fix this. Everyone is reviewing it today. That response was on July 20, 2021, and still have not been contacted by upper Management. The letter is below. I have tried getting a contact number for the Owner(s) of your company to let them know that the wait time on completing my job has not only been excessive, it has also been very unreasonable. I recently reached out through your website using the available chatbox and was told to contact the Livonia office. I have tried calling your office multiple times over the last 12 plus months and always end up listening to a recording bashing other companies for tearing up basements and yards but never completing the job. Well, that is exactly what has happened to me! So many things went wrong that I eventually quit calling and decided that maybe our business relationship was damaged to the point of no return. Here is a reminder in case you do not remember me. Your crew came out as scheduled in 2020, started the demo, and then informed me that they would have to come back because you did not have an approved permit to complete the job. I contacted you 40 days later and you emailed me back stating that you thought the job was already completed. Your crew came out 2 additional times (as did Miss Dig) and still never completed the job. The last time that your crew came out a member of your crew informed my wife that the sump pump was only operating at 20% because the pit was never wrapped and it was filling with sand. The crew member then told my wife that he wrapped it as best as he could but was only able to cover it on 3 sides. Not exactly what I thought I was paying for. The last time your crew was out they took their floor coverings and shovel when they left leading me to believe that they would probably not be returning. I eventually ended up shoveling up the piles of dirt that were left on my back lawn and I filled in the trench that was left all the way across my yard so that my loved ones wouldn't break a leg. This past winter was a real treat with water pumping onto my back lawn and no place to go. Trust me, this letter could be on for multiple pages and crafted with much more detail, but I will spare us both the pain. I am hopeful that you can come up with a reasonable solution to your company fails to provide the service that we agreed upon. Forgotten Customer
