Gainsey and Robert were personable, explained everything, got what I think are the best materials for the repair and added routing out the pipes as I asked them to. I feel more confident in the system as a whole and I thoroughly enjoyed both of the gentlemen and Cs’s wife, who handled everything on the phone so well. I cannot say enough the only thing that made me sad is that they are retiring soon, but will sell the company to somebody with a lot of experience. Still it’s not them. I felt safe well cared for and the job was done with great expertise , they are a great team!!!!

Mr. G gave a thorough overview of the replacement process of my sump pump as well as the sump pipes that led out of the house. In addition took time to inspect the exterior sump pipes and even gave some estimates on some interior under sink plumbing I need repair on. Gave fair estimate and work time. Performed work as promised to my satisfaction.

We bought our home about 3 years ago a foreclosure from a bank and all we knew was it had been vacant for a few years prior. We had small issues, slow kitchen drain some gurgling. One day laundry room tub started backing up and then into the washing machine, over the next few days, every toilet flush or shower became an issue in the laundry room. We had been dealing with removing sewer flies recently taking over the basement storage. After putting all tje pieces together we realized needed a professional. After 1 company came out to rod out the line it was determined tree roots were causing the solid waste back up. That company provided us with an estimate of $7000 for the cutout project. G. Angel Sewer service provided excellent communication about what and how, time frame for project and best price of the quotes received $4000. Friday 1st day started out not the best due to waiting on the village permit and truck broke down in route. What was to start at 9am started around 3pm, needless to say only massive hole dug day 1. However yard and hole was protected with plywood and cones left marking areas of caution. Saturday arrived by 8am and by 4pm everything done just needed village inspection on Monday morning. Monday morning arrived by 8am after inspection remainder of work completed. Yard was actually better than prior to work as dirt replaced was sloped away from the house and we were advised about some other landscaping suggestions to help with drainage in other areas noticed. Highly recommended.
