Quick, on time, professional

Overall I had a very satisfying experience with Grasslands and definitely would recommend them in the future. The one thing I will say that they need to improve is customer contact. I called them a few times within a couple months to get an exact date of installation. Only to get their answering machine over and over. But after leaving messages every time. I did not get any calls back. My last attempt to call them before the week they said they'd be out finally got me a real person and the exact day they'd be doing the install. So yeah definitely need to be more responsive in answering phones and returning calls.

Edson and his team are the absolute best! Arrived each day as promised, worked very hard and efficiently. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property. Project was completed as promised and the result is everything we hoped for. Thank you so much! Several of our neighbors came by during the process and took their cards. Pretty sure there will be more business for this great team in my neighborhood!

I had 3 bids for Synthetic Turff Install and Edson was the only one who actually came out and physically looked at the job. The other companies just did their bids over the phone, using google earth. Edson’s bid was by far the best. He spent time talking to us about the process and provided samples. He answered all our questions. We went with the R65 Synthetic Turff with the envirofill high performance Infill since we have 2 black labs. This helps with keeping any Odor down along with watering when needed. We had a total of 6,000 square feet of Turff installed, it was a huge job. His crew showed up every day and worked their butts off, from taking out all the grass and dirt. Then they brought in all the fill and compacted it down. They had quite the system going. It was impressive to watch them work. I made sure I kept a cooler full of water and soda for them.
