Defrauded! I ordered doors on May 5th and gave them a check for several thousand dollars (half down). They never did the job, finally agreed to refund my money, but they never would and then they stopped accepting calls or returning texts. I had to finally take them to small claims in November where I was awarded a judgement against them for my deposit back...they didnt even bother showing up to court. Shady, shady shady folks at Garage Doctors of Utah. Jake and his dad were both in my house promising all kinds of stuff when we placed the order, and seemed like the nicest guys...turns out they don't have any integrity.

I paid $1175 as a downpayment to order a garage door that was estimated to arrive in September 2020. I have not heard from Jacob. I cannot leave a message because his voicemail is full. He has not responded to messages via his website. Could we be dealing with a thief???

Very pleased with the owner and co worker. They responded quickly, very professional work, polite and would highly recommend them to anyone needing work on garage door and or openers. I have used more that 15 companies in the past and I would recommend this company over anyone I have used. . If you want a fair price and professional people use Garage Doctors.

Caveat Emptor! Jacob Kirtland of Garage Doctors of Utah will give you nothing but apologies and excuses in return for your money. Do NOT hire Jacob Kirtland of Garage Doctors of Utah if you expect to receive garage doors. Your money is just a donation to his family, nothing more. W have been waiting over three months for him to return a phone call, text, or email about when we can expect our garage doors to be installed. We are out $1650.00 with NOTHING to show for it. Caveat Emptor! / Update 1/10/2021: Jacob Kirtland did reimburse our deposit on Jan 7, 2021.

Jake at Garage Doctors called right away (responding to my emergency), and fixed the problems with the door. He also made other helpful recommendations. I've added them to my preferred contact list for next time and can recommend Garage Doctors of Utah.

When my garage door quit working yesterday I made an appointment with another company to come out today to give me an estimate but I got a little impatient and went on HomeAdvisor to see what the cost would be and ended up getting a call from Jake who said he could have someone at my house in 30 minutes, gave me pricing over the phone and told me the work would be done within a few hours if I moved forward. I decided to have Mike and Jake repair my door and they made good on their promise of having it done within a few hours and for a fair price. Iâ m very happy and would highly recommend them.

repaired the trim around my door. Made a world of difference. Didn't try selling me on more than I was asked about.
