    This is the 4th project that Gen3 has done for me. It was to replace a large, in ceiling, bathroom fan. As with all earlier jobs (some much larger) scheduling was at my convenience, prompt arrival and swift completion, total cleanup and reasonable pricing. What more could you ask for? I'll certainly use and recommend them whenever the need exists.

    John was very helpful and tended to a blown fuse, outlets not working and converting loose live wires into an outdoor outlet for us. He was on time, professional and informative. Price was great for service we received and we'll definitely be calling them back in a few months for a ceiling fan install!

    Gen3 gave me estimate (not cheap) for outside lighting and outlets. I was so impressed with the work that was done and the way the crew handled themselves. I've been searching for an electrician I can rely on and feel confident in their work since this is an area I have no experience with. Gen3 fits the bill. They are professional and qualified. What a difference from the other electrical work I've had done before. They are worth every penny.

    Great job done originally. However the work done in 9/4/2013 I've discovered 2 years later that the senior filed supervisor and his technician installed a junction box which accommodates 220 volts for a dryer but will not accommodate a washing machine. In follow up with Mr. Lutz the owner in addressing my concerns I was informed additional charges would apply to change the voltage to accommodate a washing machine. I paid to have an outlet for a washing machine not a junction box for a dryer and was not given a choice. I feel I was taken advantage of. I've had other good experiences with this contractor however very disappointed with their decision to not value me as a repeat customer regarding this original project.

    My contractor originally recommended them to install a ceiling fan. After I joined Angie's List their name appeared to have home inspected to $39. I bought coupon and they listed work to be done from least important to most important. They bought my house up to code by what I could afford. Each time they completed a job, I was sent a coupon to apply to the next job. So far, I've used them three times. I have more work to be done, and at least I know that the quoted price is locked in. Last, they are familiar w/ old homes.

    I called to have them fix some issues I was having with a self-installed fan that was not responding to the wall-plate. They checked all the connections and resolved the wall-plate wiring issues. After fixing the fan, I asked for a quote on some other lighting projects. I've had them return to complete those projects and I'm very pleased with the results!

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
