Have worked with David and his team twice now and they are excellent. David is responsive and does business the right way. I reached out the 10 fence professionals and David was the fastest to respond and the cheapest of those that responded at all. He was professional, easy to work with, friendly, efficient, and took pride in his business. Gold Fence was competitively priced, but way ahead of the competition with customer service and job performance. I called 7 fencing contractors that service the Lee's Summit area. David answered the first call and was able to quickly get me a quote and take time to explain the different options and pros and cons of Black Aluminum vs Ornamental Iron. Very easy to talk to and the price was very competitive. They were able to start quickly (some fence companies are months out) The craftsmanship was phenomenal. He also took care to not damage the sod in the yard (its a new build with fresh sod) and to leave a the area as clean as it was when he arrived. I would strongly suggest Gold Fence to anyone out there that is looking. The small personal touches do make a difference.

I called around to a ton of fence companies to get quotes, a lot of them never responded or said they were 3+ months out. To be honest, all the companies that did contact me were great and had reasonable prices. Gold Fence was one that contacted me quickly and came out immediately to give me a bid on the project. He was very straight up with his costs and how he does things slightly different, like mix the cement in a wheelbarrow and then set the post instead of dry pouring the mix into the hole. He even went into detail about the different types of products out there that look the same but are different types of quality. He gave me an estimate on when he thought he would be able to complete the job and then followed up with me regularly both through voice and even text. The install was amazingly fast, David and a coworker were able to dig and set all the posts in a day (it was not a small job, about 263 feet), even when it was very windy and cold. They cleaned up all of their trash and made sure nothing blew away and were very careful about not damaging the lawn, sprinklers, or disturbing the neighbors, even going as far as parking their truck in the street, which meant they had to carry materials farther. They worked all day the first day and came back early the next day to finish up. They worked tirelessly all day to ensure the fence was completely up before sundown, which meant working longer than Iâ m sure most other companies would. Again, they cleaned up everything, including making sure any of the dirt or rock they dug up got hauled away and nothing was left behind. The end result is fantastic, the welding for the gates looks like it was done by the factory. Overall, I got an incredible value, great workmanship, and the kids and dogs LOVE the new fence. I would highly recommend them to anyone in our neighborhood for fence work!
