Ramon was very flexible with his schedule and came out within a day or two to review our project and gave me a quote on the spot. I had other quotes and his was the best for the service he was to provide. Elvis, his installer came out to make the template and gave me confidence with the choice we had made for the countertop material and color. The project was finished in less than two weeks from start to finish. Great professionals, and great customer service. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

SUPERB JOB! Oftentimes it is hard to believe or even accept what other customers write about contractors—I am definitely a skeptical consumer. However, Granite Karma is an exception! Everything positive that you have ever read about Granite Karma is absolutely true, every single word! From the initial meeting with Ramon to the installation with Elvis, our working relationship and experience with Granite Karma was second to none!!! Ramon is an excellent project manager, who provides clear and precise communication, and ensures that your project stays on schedule. Ramon also responds immediately to all email, text messages and phone calls. Ramon is awesome! Elvis is in a class by himself! The same day our slabs were purchased, Elvis called and scheduled our ‘template’ appointment. The very next day, he picked up the slabs and completed the fabrication days later. From start to finish, our kitchen countertop project was completed in a little over a week, which is outstanding! Elvis is so nice and polite, a professional, a hard worker, efficient, and a definite granite expert! Elvis is amazing at his craft! Ramon and Elvis are both very personable and trustworthy. If you don’t have a good rapport or trust with your contractor, your project is doomed from the start. We are extremely happy with our granite countertops and with the entire process with Granite Karma. Our countertops are gorgeous, our kitchen is exquisite and most Impressive! We owe a HUGE THANKS to Granite Karma! We can’t wait to start our bathroom projects and will definitely use Granite Karma in the future. Keep up the excellent work team!

Ramon showed up on time every time we had to meet and very responsive to our emails and text messages. Understood our needs and worked with our budget to find the right granite for our kitchen and bathrooms. Got the whole work done in less than a week and the end result came out so gorgeous. I would highly recommend Granite Karma for any remodel work.

Choosing a company to install a new counter top is a very uncomfortable situation as who do you choose. In my opinion Granite Karma is a great choice. Ramon does a very professional presentation and if you choose them for your counter top you will experience the same professionalism with his installers. We had a great guy named Elvis. We are extremely pleased with the counter top and their service.

I work on a time time schedule and that can be very stressful when trying to get things taken care of. However,these guys would arrive right on time or 15 minutes before time. Very professional, left all areas clean and in order. Very happy with my counter tops! Great job!
