Reviews
Write a Reviewwe had a great experience. We had mold due to a lack of a vapor barrier. Jason as in and made it a stress free process. Our crawl place was transformed with new vapor barrier, mold removal, and insulation. Very pleased with the crew and it didn't break the bank. Mold is serious business. These are serious people. Thx Jason..
The sales agent was very professional and neatly dressed in company uniform. He confirmed all my special requests for application and downspout locations. The installer was great and very knowledgeable and went the extra mile in making sure all seams and corners were properly caulked. I highly recommend Green Shield.
Great crew. Work was done well and quickly. Good people all around.
Very professional workers. Efficient, friendly and polite.
They double charged my credit card when i paid for my deposit, was eventually corrected, they said they would fill all face nailed holes, did not They said they wold square up the deck, did not , They got stain on my J-channel then when cleaning it left a stain from the chemical they used to clean the stain with, I believe they ordered more material than was needed based on what was delivered, then took a bunch back but did not refund any money, they backed into my retaining wall with a trailer and damaged the landscape bricks, still waiting for them to repair, the representative (Diego) began arguing with me when I was pointing out the areas I was not happy with and became very defensive. The lady at the company called me for final payment and was $2000 more than I owed was eventually corrected. Seems to be a very dysfunctional and disorganized company. Not what I would expect from a professional contractor. They over promised and under-delivered. Not a good business model.
Good.
Thank you.
They were very professional and considerate during this pandemic!
Green Shield Home was able to custom build and install a Radon Mitigation System for our home that met all of our needs! Our initial Radon test preformed by Green Shield showed we had levels of 9+ pCI/L which was enough for us to want to mitigate and our goal was to get the levels as low as possible. Now that the system is installed and running our levels are below 1 pCI/L! (Currently averaging around 0.8pCI/L) Couldn't be happier with the results! We also wanted to make sure the fan was super quiet which it is! Cant hear it at all inside and outside there is very minimal white noise which is to be expected. Getting to know Adam, Diego & Caleb was great. They are really hard working and honest guys.. I'd do business with them any day (and hope to in the future). The quality of work was top notch and the pricing we received was very competitive. They were able to answer all of my questions along the way and work out any kinks/issues that arose during the install process. The other great benefit about working with Green Shield Home for your Radon Mitigation System is they Guarantee to the Levels to stay low for 5 years. If the levels are too high (agreed on at the time of purchase) within that 5 years they will come came to alter the system on their dime. They will also come back periodically at no additional cost to test the levels with a very advanced Radon detector ($$$) to ensure the results are were they should be. If your looking to have a Radon Mitigation System installed... Green Shield Home is the way to go!
