After a minor glitch in our initial contact, I received a callback from Jose. We agreed on an appointment for an estimate and Jose was right on time. I was having several retaining walls placed around the landscape in my front, side, and back of the house. We discussed options for the type of walls that I wanted and that was to beautify these areas and to prevent erosion. I also wanted to expand my planting areas, and to redirect the downspouts for few gutters. Jose and I came to an agreement and set a date for the work to begin. Once work started, I spent lot of time observing and talking to the crew. I will tell you, these guys are hard workers. There were a few instances where problems occurred. They were the type of problems that you would expect in these types of projects. An example being, the depth of the wall in sloping areas or drainage options. Jose and his brother Juan always consulted me to discuss all of the options. They wanted to make sure that I was happy with the solutions and their outcomes throughout the entire project. I felt like a valued customer. In addition, I had purchased about 20 plants that my wife and I were going to plant once the project was complete. The crew offered to do the planting for us. They also helped us determine the placement of the plants. Bonus! Thank you Greentrail Landscaping and Design. The retaining wall looks absolutely terrific and is functioning as desired.

Juan and Jose came out to give me an estimate a week or so before they started the project, which I accepted. The day of the project they showed up promptly and got right to work installing a heavy-duty wire fence around my 4 - 12' x 6' raised garden beds. They even installed a hinged gate which was an added bonus. They finished in just a few hours and I was very impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They were prompt in returning my call. Their estimate was fair. They were friendly & efficient. Their work was outstanding! We'll use them again in the Fall.

Jose and Juan are very detailed in their quote, and explain why the costs are what they a re. The work was done to our satisfaction in the time frame that was stated. Our yard is back to it's glory, like when it was first done. We will be using this business for our fall clean up.
