Paul did a great job cleaning the tile that we had on the floor previously. Additionally he was able to repair all of the grout that we had around a tub. It looks like a different bathroom.

I hired them to clean and seal the grout on 2 floors which they did. A short while after the work was completed I kept noticing that even though the grout looked good the tiles themselves were always dirty and seemed dull. The edges of many of the tiles were gray looking. I contacted the owner of Grout Works and he sent one of the men who did the work to look at the floors. That fellow said He had never seen anything like it and would report it to the owner. I never heard from them again even though I left a couple of messages for the owner, Jay. I recently had someone else look at the floors to see if they could remediate the look of the tile. To make a long story short, without my giving him any back ground information he could see that work had been done on the tile and said that whatever product Grout Works used on the floors (I think it was TSP) had etched the tile and removed most of the finish. I hired him to clean (he does not use TSP) and refinish the tile. I would not use Grout Works again because they were unwilling to fix the problem and did not return my calls.

The work was professional "top notch" The employees were knowledgable and knew what had to be done. My bathroom tile had become stained and I tried to use grout bully to fix my grout problem and it just made it worst. They made the floor look like new and made my wife very very happy. Very reasonable cost for the work performed. I highly recommend.

Jay was just great ~ and what he can do with tile. I would recomended every home to have Jay use his product on your floors ~ trust me it is well worth the cost; which is very low.
