Took the time to explain how their methods work, answered all my questions, talked about their guarantees at length, all with politeness, patience and no pressure.

I had an emergency with raccoons having invaded my attic causing failure of air conditioning and damage to ductwork. The next day the company was out to evaluate and schedule a sealing of the house with one way trap installed to prevent reentry. Bait canisters were placed for any possible rodent activity. Weekly checks of bait canisters to see if active and thankfully all raccoons had exited the attic rapidly so ductwork could be repaired/replaced. The workmanship was very professional and appointment times were met. The company allowed the sealing of house to force raccoons out of attic ahead of their normal routine of rodent removal first to accommodate my need to get an HVAC company rapidly to be able to cool the house during hottest summer of many years. I was initially attracted to the companyâ s webpage because of being family owned and veterans which I soon learned were all former Navy Seals. This afternoon the final seal of the house was performed and Iâ m hopeful that all is well in the attic again. If there are any signs of a problem the work is guaranteed for a year and that brings peace of mind as although the cost is fair it is still expensive for a retired senior. I would recommend this company highly to anyone having similar serious problems. The local San Antonio branch of Guaranteed Rodent removal and pest control personnel are comfortable to have in your home and that was a big plus for me.

Came out same day and started treatment. Very professional.

So I paid a lot of money to have the service done to remove the road rats problem that I have in my house and the problem is still there they have not gotten rid of them and this has been on ongoing months and months and months I am trying to get rid of them I have asked to have the attic you know sealed because I know they are living up there and I was told that they would be no way to find out about sealing the attic because of the insulation but yet they came in for an hour trying to seal the whole house and I do not see very many seals that have been put on the house so yes I am very dissatisfied only because this is a lot of money that I had to pay struggle paying to have the service done and it worked for a little bit but they still could not eliminate the problem like they said they were going to.

I waited until the entire process was completed to write this. They were very professional, very thorough, and very prompt. I especially like the guarantee. After they sealed the house, the little beasties gnawed a new hole to get in, So I called Guaranteed when I saw the new hole. They had a guy out within the hour to fix the new problem -- late on the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day. Yes I recommend to anyone who wants to get rid of rodent pests in their house. Now if I could just keep the squirrels out of my tomatoes.
