When gale force winds hit out area in early March we had some shingles fly off our house and actually go through our neighbor's window! Guardian had done some great work at our business and came out quickly. They fixed our roof with the extra shingles we left out for them. We didn't even need to be home! It was nice to have a company we trust take care of our home.

Guardian Professional is a great company to work with I have a construction defect issue with my siding and they came out and determined what kind of siding was really installed. They determined where all the damage is and that they never hung the siding to the proper specks. They are just a top-notch company to work with all their employees are very professional and sub-contractors do a great job. I would recommend them to everyone!

Unfortunately most of the projects we complete are involved in the process of replacing defective installations where the previous company hired projects have failed prematurely. Most of these projects like yours are failing and must be replaced after only 8-10 years.

Guardian Exteriors takes a different approach by educating their clients first and then offering various options. Guardian has spoken at the Chapter and State level numerous times to Home Inspectors throughout Wisconsin for "WAHI". As an experienced Inspector that looks to protect the buyer and their families with one of the largest financial obligations, I refer Guardian.

Poor customer service in not responding to phone calls. Left large dumpster bag on lawn by street for two weeks which killed the grass

Our main phone number 414-226-5619 and is answered by live operator 24/7 to make sure all calls are answered or returned timely. The Bagster-dumpster bag from Waste Management pick up process is automated via the web. This project had the request for pick up processed immediately and signaled a curb side pick up in 1-3 days. We apologize if Waste Management had any delays that caused any inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to better inform others of the potential for delay from Waste Management.
