Had my fatherâ s deck floor replaced with Trex materials and painted the railing,it came out as expected and as prior discussed,highly recommended

Low balled the project Did not thoroughly inspect what needed to be done, so project took longer than projected. Promised specific Trex material to be used in project and switched to a less expensive ?Trex? like product. Sloppy in craftsmanship, had to redo front railing and spilled paint all over property. Part of project was to readjust gates at the top of stairs so they can close properly was not completed.

Mimi, we appreciate your feedback, we really hoped it was genuinely true what you have written here, knowing that we always try to do our best with every customer, FIRST of all, let me say that the reason we switched to a different material was because of the color you wanted to match with the rest of the deck, we did this with your agreement and giving you a huge discount on that from the initial price SECONDLY the reason why the project took longer was that we did things that were not projected to be done, such as both steps, as it is for the gates, check them yourself or ask your husband he already did check before giving us the balance.

After a stong wind we had weeks ago , caused the siding loose and as a result had water coming out of it ,contacted by Guinness Pro ,got a fair quote and there is no more water into the house ,very highly recommended
