I want home for their visit but my guy did they were nice and thorough. Only comment is they should all say if they recommend and additional services or not. One recommended gutter guards the other shook his head and said we didn't.

The job was done so quickly that I am not sure they cleared all of the gutters as contracted. I also did not appreciate them showing up at my home without an agreement of work. The entire transaction left me with a bad feeling.

We responded to your call. Came out, gave you a price of $125 to clean your gutters and downspouts of your 2 1/2 story home. Had two men on the job, probably why it may have seemed quick. We removed your old ineffective foam gutter guards, per your request, for no extra charge. We don't know why you're unhappy, because we did more than what was expected of us. Thank you for the business.

Fantastic response time - I had an emergency and they were able to accommodate me on a Saturday. Felt cost of visit to come out and just use caulk to seal around things was high. Problem turned out to not be roof, but was due to air conditioner condenser backing up. Also, had H Parker Contracting and another company provided estimates to replace roof, and it was pointed out by the 2nd company that if I were to sell the home, I would now have a problem with the inspection, because the caulk was applied to seams, and that would give the appearance of a larger issue and that the roof would not pass an inspection. Not happy about that, but too late to do anything about it.
