Antonio called, along with a voicemail. He followed up as well. Set up appointment. Called before arrival. Was very courteous, polite and understood what needed to be done. Hard to find these qualities with projects big & small. Would recommend him and if necessary use his service again.

I am pleased to share my positive experience with Antonio from Palm Beach Shutters and Shades. Antonio's expertise and professionalism were impressive from start to finish. He not only installed and repaired a failed curtain rod installation in no time, but he also went above and beyond to help me replace some damaged shades at a very affordable price. What really stood out to me was Antonio's speedy installation and repair work. I had attempted to install a curtain rod myself, but it had come crashing down shortly after. I was hesitant to try again and knew I needed an expert's touch. Antonio arrived promptly and quickly assessed the situation. He had the necessary tools and equipment with him and got to work right away. Within no time, the new curtain rod was securely in place, and I couldn't believe how much better it looked than my previous attempt. Additionally, Antonio helped me replace a few damaged shades that I thought would cost me a fortune. He was very transparent about the process, explaining the different options available and giving me a fair and affordable price. Overall, I highly recommend Antonio and Palm Beach Shutters and Shades. He was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also friendly and accommodating.
