Healthy Spaces did mold remediation in our home. Specifically in an extremely tight attic crawl space. They were professional and did not leave behind any mess. Mark is detailed and let us know exactly what we needed to do to prepare for the remediation. They stuck to the original estimate even after doing more work than what was expected. Healthy Spaces adjusted some of the rolled insulation in the crawl space for better ventilation. No additional charge. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results. I recommend Healthy Spaces to anyone who needs mold remediation.

This company was hired to do a basement mold remediation. In less than 3 years, the mold returned and, unbelievably, their "warranty" did not cover return of mold! I ended up hiring another company who redid the work, plus another wall and corner that was missed, came within 3 days, charged me 1/3rd the cost, and gave me a written lifetime guaranty on everything. I would not recommend this company.

We did revisit this customers job that we previously had done, and yes some mold did return. The area where the mold came back was located along the base of the wall near the floor. Unfortunately, there was standing water in the trench of the floating slab. This would be the main cause for the mold to return. It was no fault of the homeowner but also out of our control. The area that was referred to as an area that was ??missed? was located behind a finished framed portion of the wall which presented a challenge. At the time we pointed this out to the homeowner but she did not want us to take down that portion of the wall. So, this inhibited us from treating it fully. The work was fully warrantied and we did agreed to fix it for her, despite the water being out of our control. The time line to come back and do i guess was not satisfactory for her (about four weeks due to scheduling) and I guess she choose to move on?. For this we apologies.
