Reviews
Write a ReviewOverpriced. At least 2-3 times more expensive than other plumbing and fixture contractors in my area.
* Nick arrived on time * He took great care to protect our home i.e. wearing booties, sweeping up any debris, etc. * He was personable and polite.
Arrived on time. Very professional, friendly and courteous. Answered all questions. Tom G. is one of the best.
Plumber capped off a gas line for my dryer connection. He was very thorough and explained things well. He also took time to answer other plumbing questions I had, unrelated to the service call. Very professional and personable. I would consider hiring them again for other issues regarding HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
Electrician was at my home on time and completed work as I desired. Provided quotes for future projects and cleaned up after work was done. I would hire them to address any plumbing issues I may have in future as well.
Quick response, quick good work.

Dennis communicated well to us what he needs to do and fix things quickly with good quality.
The plumber from Heritage Plumbing was very polite and his work was good. Upon arrival, he also looked at our plumbing and pointed out valves that needed to get fixed in the near future. However, we have two major issues with Heritage Plumbing. First, the price was very high. Second, the company attempted to use sub-standard parts. The plumber quoted $555 for parts and labor for replacing a laundry valve. We asked the plumber to justify the high price. He explained that it would cost $120 just to drain the pipe connected to the laundry valve so that he could replace the valve. We have a sink right next to the laundry valve. The very top of the faucet for the sink is 5â lower than the laundry valve. To drain the pipe attached to the laundry valve, he just needed to shut off the water to the sink and turn on the faucet. Gravity will lower the water in the pipe by 5â by discharging excess water through the faucet. 5â is more than sufficient for the plumber to replace the laundry valve. Finally, the plumber agreed to waive the water drainage fee and changed the price to $435. At $435 we knew that we were paying a premium price and expected premium parts and premium work. I then asked the plumber to show me the laundry valve he was going to install. He showed me a two-headed valve with a thin paper clip sized handle that could be moved horizontally to turn water on/off. Our old laundry faucet had a similar design. It was very hard to move the handle because its small size did not offer much leverage. It got harder as dirt and crystals accumulated near the handle over the years. The design of these types of laundry valve is so old and unpopular that laundry valves of such design are no longer sold in Amazon. The plumber suggested he might leave me with a short copper pipe and we could attach the copper pipe to the handle of the valve to increase leverage. The situation was getting so ridiculous that it was surreal. Currently most of the laundry valves offer a single lever with a plastic knob at the end. You can move the knob down/up to turn the water on/off. You can get one of these valves for around $40 from Amazon (e.g. Watts Brass & Tubular 2T-M2 Washing Machine Shut Off Valve). After a long discussion, the plumber finally went to his truck and got a laundry valve with a more up-to-date design. Considering the price we paid, we should not need to go through all these hassles just to get a decent laundry valve.
they were fast and courteous
