Write a ReviewCourteous Punctual Efficient Very knowledgeable Quality materials Finished ahead of schedule True craftsmen
From 1st meeting to contract signing to completion of work, all involved were amazing. I have never experienced this level of commitment to excellence and quality of finished project before. John, Evan and Evanâ s helper Conner were absolutely outstanding. They all went above and beyond. If you want to install a shower and want it done right, hire this company and enjoy amazing results. Special thanks to Evan for his attention to detail and overall outstanding work!!!!
The work preformed took less time that was estimated due to the well trained installers who did a beautiful job on our walk in shower and tub installation, the quality of materials used made our bathrooms look great.
The process of remodeling our primary bathroom with Hill Country Tub & Shower was a pleasure from start to finish! We received a quote from another business first and that businessâ  s high-pressure and condescending sales tactics almost turned us off to remodeling entirely. Travis and John were a delightful breath of fresh air. John is the owner and we could tell he and Travis knew the work and had the experience. They also spoke so highly of their installers, by name. They weren't just sales guys that would hand us off to some unknown team of people we'd have to trust would do a good job. We really felt like we were in good hands so we agreed to the quote that day. Leading up to the remodel, they promptly replied to our emails and questions and we even had additional work added on to the original quote. We were concerned about the amount of dust and mess the remodel would produce and they assured us that they would protect our flooring and keep things as clean as they could. At the start of the remodel, Evan and team covered the bedroom floor, hallway, and even the stairs to help keep everything clean. Our project took 5 days and everyday, they cleaned up, even vacuuming!! Evan and his helper (apologies, we canâ  t remember his name), worked quickly and efficiently, keeping us updated on the progress, and showing up when they said they would! We were apprehensive about how painful the process was going to be after just having our downstairs floors replaced by another company. The team at Hill Country Tub and Shower, though, made the entire process a breeze! No pain at all! We love our new bathroom and are eagerly looking forward to having them remodel our other bathroom next year. Remodel Details: They completely remodeled our teeny tiny primary bath in a 1960s house. The shower pan had leaked into the primary bedroom so the bathroom sub-floor had to be replaced. They also moved a wall to expand the shower stall. We also had their drywall guy repair and texture the walls and ceiling in the primary bedroom.
This the second time I have used these guys. Evan did a wonderful job. The team was very knowledgeable and they do top notch work.
It has been a pleasure working with you Paula.
Very professional, friendly, competent, and detail-oreinted shower installers. They explained everything well, made sure the grab bars were at the perfect height and places for our 90-year-old dad, started and finished the installation the same day and even wiped down our floor afterwards. Dad is able to shower safely and comfortably and he likes the upgraded showerhead. We are all very happy we chose Hill Country Tub and Shower to replace our mobile home's cramped tub and shower with a walk-in shower.
I canâ t say enough about Hill Country Tub and Shower! John and Travis were great to work with. The work was completed by Evan and it was exactly as I requested! I wanted a new pan in the master shower, they took out the old pan, redid the tile to match exactly. I also wanted a larger soaking tub, instead of the standard tub that came with our new house. The tub is beautiful, and they did a complete new surround. All new black matte finish fixtures were added in the showers and in the sinks. The work is beautiful, and exactly as I requested. I tried finding someone to who could complete the bathrooms as I requested and they went above and beyond. And they were within my budget! In fact, I had another estimate that was almost double and they couldnâ t put in the tub I wanted, nor do the tile as I requested. I really do wish I had another project for John and Travis to do. They did such a beautiful job and both bathrooms were completed in three days.
Completed the job faster and fantastic quality .
The team came in and did a great job. John and Travis were very professional when working with what we wanted. Phill and team did a very professional job of installing the new shower, tub and vanities. I would definitely have them do more projects if I have them available.
Paula, thanks for the great review. I was wondering what we could have done differently to take it from 4.5 to a 5 star review. Thanks for your feedback in advance.
We had to convert a tub/shower in a 1979 mobile home into a walk in shower for my husband. I had gotten a couple of quotes for tile but upon seeing the Onyxstone product's clean lines we decided the extra cost would be worth it. We are very happy with the results. This is a USA made to order product that had about a 5 week wait but the owner called every week with an update and it came in on time. .My husband and I are extremely happy with our choice of Hill Country Tub and Tile. Luckily, there were no unexpected problems like mold or leaking water so Mike and his helper were able to do the demolition and install in just one day. They even had enough battery operated lights and tools with them so they continue to work during a 1 hour KPUB electric outage. When they left, the bathroom was spotless and we are looking forward to trying it out tomorrow.
