Joe Major in sales did a great job explaining what was needed and the process. Jessica in the office answered all questions promptly and was very professional. The guys that did the tile work did an excellent job!

Hollywood Pools built a very difficult custom pool with a lot of features. This pool required a lot of engineering and cooperation with the building department. Ron was key to working all this difficult construction to get our dream pool built the way we wanted despite the complexity of the build.. They kept their word and timing on the project. And any questions or concerns even today I can count on their support. I would use them 100% again.

Amazing! My family started the process with Joe, who met with us and creating our backyard oasis to fit exactly where and what we wanted. Joe was knowledgeable and was involved in our contract but not pushy! Once under contract, I spoke and met Amanda, who is who I mostly dealt with after we were underway. Amanda was amazing as well and kept me up to do with what was happening next and more importantly when it was happening. They have sub contractors for the work which was nice because they didnâ t overbook or over promise their work. The sub contractors were very professional and courteous. I have heard a lot of horror stories from friends who have used other new pool construction companies, but this is not Hollywood! If you are wondering how everything turned out...honestly AMAZING! The free form design turned out great and there was never a point where I asked a question about the process or wanted things done a certain way that was not handled appropriately. Be upfront and tell them what you want so everything is included in the plans. We are thrilled with the entire process and I would never suggest any other company! Ron the owner has a great team working for him and they will definitely do the job with amazing quality! We couldnâ t be happier!

They were knowledgeable, fair priced and very responsive to issues. They also helped with the design of the pool, decking, lighting and the new technology. We are very happy and I highly recommend them.

If you are thinking about building a new pool or remodeling your existing pool without question I would recommend Hollywood Pools and Spas. My pool and spa was 26 years old and in need of a complete renovation. My experience with Hollywood Pools and Spas was outstanding, starting with my first meeting with Jason who explained all the features and options they offered and then through the entire renovation process. All of their workers were very professional, experienced and extremely easy to work with. I was also very impressed with the owner Ron. During our remodel Ron was there checking on everyones work and once in a while pointing out areas he didnt like which I couldnt even notice. Very impressive! I cant emphases enough the trust that Ron, Jason and the team at Hollywood Pools and Spas leaves you with. As an example, once the pool remodel was complete we were going to add a waterfall over the swim out. After meeting with Ron and his rock guy that was building the water fall. Ron calls early the next morning and tells me he was thinking about the waterfall all night and thinks it would overwhelm the pool and recommended we not go forward with the construction. What company would pass up another $4,000 because they didnt believe it was the right thing to do for their customer? Im telling you no other company!! One more important note . two months after our pool was completed I had a couple of minor issues with the operation of the pool not related to the renovation. I kept calling my pool maintenance company to correct but they couldnt locate the problems. I finally called Ron to ask for references of other companies that might fix my problems. The next thing I know Ron and Jason are at my house for two days identifying the issues and correcting them. What other company can you call two months after they were paid and get help??? In the past several months I have had work done in our home by well established companies and never hear from the owner during or after the work was completed. Hollywood Pools and Spas is a great company you can trust and relay on!! The pool and new travertine deck were completed on time and looks unbelievable!! See pictures. Richard
