HomePro does good work for a reasonable price...and that's where it ends. This company leaves a terrible customer experience. With the exception of a couple employees, HomePro Leadership sucks. "Steve (owner), is all about the money.", quoted HomePro staff. I couldn't agree more. From delaying project dates, mocking customer requests, changing or conveniently forgetting agreed upon payment schedules and/or amounts, attempting to manipulate project details (taking shortcuts), leaving messes, not disclosing damaged property, arguing with you in your own home, to soliciting 5-star reviews, makes Home Pro, a no-go. Although I am satisfied with the work result, I don't recommend HomePro; the cost of horrible customer service, is more expensive than the monetary savings. If you want good work for a decent price and are willing to put up with some horsesh*t, you might have a better experience.

Had a sidewalk and patio installed? Three days into laying pavers our sidewalk was not level. Called and Mark showed up yelling at my husband and saying homeowners think they know everything. The owner Steve was just as arrogant when he showed up. My husband had to clean up every night after the workers left. Work was not finished as promised and when we questioned Steve about a finish date he said Do not push me. They are way overpriced for the quality of their work. Horrible experience. Would not recommend them.

He came, set up, worked, cleaned up and left. He was professional, efficient, and knew exactly what to do. I will recommend them and use them again if I need a repair.

WOW they put the service in customer Service First call someone Steve picked up no menu driven phone nonsense spoke with Steve arrived on time done in 2 hrs looks excellent Called other companies like the "Family Owned " businesses waste of time then they want to up sell you or cant get the part yada yada Yada Stay with the best Home Pro ask for Will and Philip
