    Very professional gentlemen, led by Roy Reynolds. Exceptional knowledge of the walk-in bath tub; arrived early; completed in one day (taking old tub out and installing walk-in; clean-up was perfect.

    Met with sales person on 8/7/18 and agreed upon installation of LuxStone. Was told that it would be 6-8 weeks to order materials. I received a call that materials were in and scheduled installation. This was planned for 10/16/18. The installers who arrived at 8 AM were polite and friendly. The installation could not take place because the panel did not fit up my stairwell. I now have to go back to meeting with the sales person to pick a different material and wait for that to be ordered and installed. I am hopeful that the second round will be successful and end with my bathroom repairs being completed. However, I am very annoyed and disappointed that after two months something as simple as a measurement has delayed my install. I am also not pleased that I have to choose a different material.

    They are extremely expensive. The sales person who came to the house took issue with questions regarding the cost of the job. They were hired anyhow because frankly I was tired of listening to 3-4 hour presentations. I couldn't use the tub for 2 days and when I did, I found that the showerhead was not on tightly and water sprayed all over the place. I decided that I wanted to add a shower door to the bathtub and called them so as not to negate the warranty on the tub and they did not return my 7 calls. I would never use them again and I would not refer them to anyone either.

    Shower surround looks great. My only issue is the ceramic tile floor had a piece cut out of it when they had cut the tile to fit the tub.

    The workers were courteous, thorough, and did a wonderful clean up. They went over instructions, and answered questions about our tub and shower replacement. Looks great. I would highly recommend them.
