Over promised and under delivered. Constant delays and excuses.I chose Hulton due to the fact that the manager said they could start in 2-3 weeks and they could do all the necessary work with one company. Didn't start the work for over 2 months. I kept getting excuses on delays. Said they were going to start and not leave once they started until all done. First day they came back out to do "start the work" they just remeasured everything and ordered supplies; and then they disappeared for another 2+ week due to "supply/delivery delays". I finally had to call and get the owner involved. Finally got supplies delivered and they had a crew onsite for 3 days and then they disappeared for another 2+ weeks until another crew came to finish after multiple calls and texts to the owner. Didn't finish everything on original proposal and left trash and supplies onsite for me to dispose myself. I would not use them again and recommend using another company unless you want the run around.

Jimmy and his crew did an amazing job. From our first meeting with Jimmy, he had the knowledge to construct a 12x15 deck extension off of our existing covered porch. Or goal was to make the addition not look like an after-thought, and it came out PERFECT! Jimmy did a great job communicating. Jimmy and his crew were very professional. Their price was extremely fair. They even worked a 13hr day during a January snow storm to meet the promised completion date! We had a great experience and we highly recommend Jimmy, his crew, and Hulton Contracting!!!

Jimmy finished our attic. We hired him because of his knowledge about the permit process, plus his previous work pics looked nice. Jimmy arranged the permits, inspections, and mini-split unit. Happy we chose them. Highly recommended.

Jaime did a great job! He built us a Great Roofed Deck! It is fabulous and my neighbors tell me it looks great! I am very happy with the workmanship and the great deck he built! The total project is around 1000-squared feet. All a new structure (of which 500ft2 is under a new roof!) He took care of everything! Thanks Jaime!

When we embarked on our home addition project to repurpose our existing 2 car garage as new living areas, extended our driveway and add a new 3 car garage, we interviewed 3-5 contractors and ultimately selected them. We chose them after reviewing a similar project in neighboring Blue Bell. They did an excellent job; along the project Jimmy was responsive, provided insight on weekly project initiatives and detailed oriented to ensure our needs and building plans were met. Overall, we are beyond pleased with the finished product and how well the project went. We are extremely glad we went with them and would highly recommend them for your future home renovation or project.

Our basement renovation dreams came to life! From beginning to end, they ensured that everything we wanted with this space was perfect. The crew was polite, clean, and professional. They were very knowledgeable and creative with problem solving when it came to some preexisting issues in our basement including installing access panels to our main water controls as well as fixing the steps into the basement which were previously not level with the wall. We were overall very satisfied with the outcome and would recommend this company for your home renovation and remodeling needs!
