This group offered to do a sample to show us what before and after would look like. This had a huge impact on our final decision and they promptly went on to complete the job the following morning. They did a beautiful job.

Phil was very professional and friendly. I had a very strong trust in leaving him alone in my condo, when I was out at times. He would keep me updated on the progress of the job at all times. He had no issues that he could not handle. He constantly cleaned up after every procedure. My wife and I began to think of him as a friend. He is a big very strong man. He always asked if I liked and approved of each project. I would recommend him to anyone who was looking for an excellent all around Handy-man. His price for the whole job was better than competitive. He did so much more without extra fees.

Phil was great! He repaired sections of an engineered hard wood floor for us after an upstairs plumbing leak. He was courteous, timely, and honest, I will hire him again in the near future for other projects in the condo!

Failed to show up on time. When finally came did not have product to clean sofa Rescheduled and failed to show up on time AGAIN or call letting me know he would be late again. Called half hour after he should have been here. FIRED HIM.

Mrs. R. [Consumer name withheld at their request] is correct that I did show up late 10 minutes the first time. When I first made contact with her she did not state correctly what type of fabric she had on her sofa. I thought it was a microfiber material but when I arrived it turned out to be a pleather material, which is an artificial leather or faux leather. I did not have the cleaner to clean it due to the fact that the last time I cleaned a pleather sofa was approximately 5 years ago. Pleather has gone the way of Haitian cotton, obsolete. And to add insult to injury she had her adult children visiting from out of state that day. Hence, the cleaning. So I already had two strikes against me. I rescheduled an appointment (2nd time) and called to let her know that I was on my way. The current job, prior to her, wanted extra items cleaned beyond what was originally hired for. While speaking to Mrs. R. [Consumer name withheld at their request] she replied, "Don't bother showing up." and as previously stated, I was fired. Must have been a fan of the TV show The Apprentice. Three strikes. I have been in business for over 30 years and once in a while you come across a customer, whether it's your fault, another person, or a combination of both, that you just cannot please or make amends to. Therefore, you learn from this and move on. I have no ill feelings or grudge toward Mrs. R. [Consumer name withheld at their request] and I hope she feels likewise. Kind regards, Phil.
