The owner personally came to do the estimate and the work. He explained everything thoroughly and showed me so many different options that I didn't know even existed. I was impressed with his experience. His work was immaculate and better than I expected. The price was comparable and well worth it. Everything was great!

Horrible job! Hired Scott to refinish 1400 Sq. ft. of hardwood flooring. The sanding was hurried leaving rough, uneven floors with visible drum marks. He did not finish floors upto walls, baseboard trim will not cover unfinished areas, The finish is not even leaving dull areas. The color is not consistent with some areas having a greenish appearance. Scott refinished the kitchen, dining room, and frontroom in 1 day, sanding, oil stain, and supposedly 3 coats of finish. How is it even possible to do a that in 1 day? The family room and 2 bedrooms are a little better but still not finished to walls, the floor is still rough and has uneven color but at least not as green looking. He is not responding to texts. How do I get my money back? Scott has completely ruined what should have been a wonderful time moving to my new home.

I had them redo the floors at a rental property. They did an adequate job. I got a fair deal for the money I paid. I would say if your looking for a meticulous company to do your floors then perhaps you should look elsewhere. Again, not a bad job, just not the quality that makes them great or outstanding.

Horrible experience. Scott lied to me - tried to say they did not make wood filler for pine.. you know a super common type of wood because he did not want to fully do the job. Confronted him and he did it. Called my husband to suggest we paint the stairs we paid to have him finish instead because the old paint (which he knew about) was gunking up his sander. Husband said to call me to check and he backpedaled saying he would try a different grit. Should have done that in the first place definitely unwilling to put in any effort for a client. Left gouges on my wood floors and circle marks from the sander, some spots were course and he said he would come fix but never did. Spots are blotchy on the oak, a whole back corner is darker. The stairs were done poorly and there is hair stuck in the finishing. He claimed to do three coats of the finishing but the marks from my dog claws (and just the amount of time it took) says otherwise. He did not remove the baseboards and had poor attention to detail so you can see the old stain at the edges which do not match the current. I got him to come back out to reapply finish on a spot that either soaked it up or was missed and he kept interrupting me before I could point it out saying it was fine. His partner stopped him and heard me out and then fixed the issue. Wish his partner was there for the rest of the time. Left dust everywhere and on my porch. Super unprofessional. I definitely could have done equal work myself for less. I paid for a professional hoping it would look good and it looks awful. Rugs for us for a while.

Scott and his partner were friendly and prompt but rushed through the sanding and buffing process leaving the floor very rough feeling. They used two coats of Bona Satin instead of semi gloss. When I mentioned it he came back and put one coat of semi gloss on it. It looked nice but feels terrible so I canceled having him do my living room. I cannot use a dust mop on it cause pulls and drags across the floor. Would have been great if he had just sanded smooth and buffed more!

This contractor ruined my floors. I had to totally sand them again myself. He left gouges from the drum sander and swirl marks from the circular sander. The stained finish was blotchy, no uniformity in color, and rough throughout the floor. He was supposed to sand the dining room, kitchen, and foyer/hallway. He only sanded and stained the kitchen, only screened the other 2 and put a coat of finish on. This was a 450 sq.ft. job, he started at 8:00 and called me at 11:00 that morning saying that they were just finishing up. How can you sand, stain, and apply 3 coats of finish in 3 hrs.? NO QUALITY what so ever. Do not hire Impressive Floors.

It was poor workmanship. 2 coats of Bona-Mega polyurethane and sanding were done on about 1400 square feet in 3 hours. They were in a hurry, and came back twice to fix things, but they still didnt make proper repairs. Avoid this fast talker, Please be careful choosing this service. Owner was rushed and paid little attention to detail.
