Indiana Crawl Space Repair

A few years ago, we purchased a home that had been partially flipped. Over the first several months that we lived in the home, we found that the previous owners had intentionally attempted to cover up many water issues in the basement and crawlspace. Over a three year period, we continued to find and uncover the many issues that the "flippers" attempted to hide. We initially reached out to Indiana Crawlspace Repair based on their Google reviews. Over the three year period, Larry, the owner came to our house a number of occasions to look at the issues as we found them. Larry was fantastic to work with. He's very down to earth and we never got the feeling that he was trying to just sell his services to us. He was sympathetic to the situation we were in and provided us help that was far beyond what we could have asked for. I don't imagine that there are many people/companies out there that would help us the way Larry did. Finally, after three years we decided to have our basement and crawlspace repaired once and for all. Larry's crew did a fantastic job on both parts. His guys were great to work with. They were hard-working, courteous and trustworthy. They were especially kind to one of our sons (10 yrs. old) because he loves all things construction and wanted to observe the work while it was in progress. For the first time since purchasing our home, we have a dry basement & crawlspace. We've never been able to utilize these areas like we had intended due to the constant water issue. We are very happy with the end result and would absolutely recommend Indiana Crawlspace Repair. We are beyond grateful for Larry and the people he employs.

Crawl Seal, Crawl Sump, Insulation Removal, Sister Joist (1), Sill Plate (2ft), New Crawl Door, Bandboard Insulation, Mold Remediation Christian and his crew were great. Christian was always on time and explained things in great detail. He went over what was to be done in the morning and what was done in afternoon. the company is blessed to have him representing them . I would for sure hire them and christian again.

A few weeks ago I had to make a trip to my crawl space, which has been neglected for 41 years – damp, occasional mold and wet clay…and with flashlight in hand I repaired a problem and when I had crawled out, I told myself that I needed to do something. I started shopping for crawlspace renovators and checked out Indiana Crawlspace Repair. Their online photos were what I was looking for, so I called and talked to Erika and decided to get an estimate. They sent out a Sales Rep, Brian Carr, who discussed the services available, then checked out our crawl spaces – we had our original plus an add-on, basically two crawl spaces. By the time we finished, I was looking at some extensive repairs and services, all desperately needed (41 years of neglect). I mulled this over and decided that I needed to have this work done, and scheduled it. On 1 November Terry and his crew of two showed up and by the end of the week, my “crawlspaces” had an inside perimeter drainage system, with two sumps and pumps, a sealed crawlspace (walls and floors), a dehumidifier system, mild mold remediation and a footer dig for the sump pump drains…I had new crawlspaces! I am still shocked every time I enter them – before I felt like “Indiana Jones” entering the Temple of Doom – now I take my shoes off when I go in. There are projects I have put off for years to improve plumbing and wiring, as well as some minor floor joist repairs, that I look forward to doing now. I really feel like my house has been saved. We had our entire crawlspace encapsulated. I had four different companies give us quotes. It was obvious Larryâ s knowledge surpassed all the others and he was very honest in assessing our particular situation. He didnâ t try to up-sell anything which I appreciated. The quote was in-line or below the other companies and the final invoice was exactly what Larry said it would be. Erika in the office was kind, flexible and easy to work with for scheduling. Christian and his crew were to notch in their customer service and work. They took care of every detail and exceeded my expectations. Believe me, you want these guys to do your crawlspace. They are great. I would add a sixth star if that were possible.

Due to excess moisture over the years, our crawlspace needed a lot; drainage, mold remediation, dehumidifier, sill plate replacement, joist repair and encapsulation. Cristian and his crew were phenomenal. Their work ethic, ability and customer service were off the chart. They worked extremely hard every day in the heat. I can't remember when I have been so impressed with any service/company. They definately transformed a bad situation into a good experience. Erika was also very friendly and helpful any time I needed something. It's hard to spend so much money on something so easily overlooked. Especially when you don't notice it daily. But the company, Cristian and the guys did such a great job we are excited about the finished product. My husband and I are so proud of our new crawlspace we are showing it off to anyone we can. The crew was great. Because of a water leak, I had a horrible mold situation in my crawlspace. They knocked it out, laid a vapor barrier and did some main floor support work from underneath as well. Took less time than expected. Very good all the around.
