Write a ReviewThey came out quickly and did a professional job and charged a very fair price. I would hire them again without any hesitation
They are great
Alex responded to my inquiry promptly and came to give an estimate next day. Alex and his crew installed recess lighting, and new light fixtures throughout the house. They made sure to keep the floors and furniture covered while they worked and left after vacuuming throughly. We were very happy with their work, definitely will hire them again for our next electrical project.
Alex and the crew from Infinity were personable, efficient and responded to my call and came and completed the job in a day. They went out of their way to help me with an additional little project that I needed done. They have a wonderful work ethic, and priced very fairly. I will definitely use them again in the future!
I spoke to Alex from Infinity Electric on Monday afternoon about a GFCI issue I was having. He told me he would come fix my issue on Tuesday. They showed up right on time, diagnosed a solution and quickly resolved the problem. The team was efficient, worked professionally and I couldn’t have been happier. Great experience- will use again when the need arises. Thanks!!!
Fast response
Person needed to come with his father who spoke no English supposedly. It seems that the father was still showing the son the **ropes*-*on how to assess matters. The father tried to make it seem as the problem was bigger than what it was. I was tremendously over charged. I will NEVER use them again!!!!
Hi Gladys, First, we feel bad that you feel that way and we apologize for that. Secondly, we immediately reviewed your case and based on our team explanation and documentation we have charged you only $100 for your case (finding a short circuit and replacing a damaged breaker). In our opinion and based on the market value we believe that charging $100 is not considered overcharged at all but is a FANTASTIC price. Regarding that one of our team members does not speak English, yes you are right. But in the mean time we think is inappropriate to presume that he was trying to make the situation worse than it was. The engineer was explaining what the problem was and the solution of the problem. With that being said, we invite you to get other estimates and quotes for the same work in order to have a better idea of the market value. Please contact us if you would like to discuss us in more details about your case. Wishing you a wonderful week. sincerely, Infinity Electric Services, LLC
Project: Installation & Relacement of Exhaust Fan in Bathrooms Very professional team and achieved a great job and left everything spotlessly clean . They were very fast and efficient. I will definitely hire them again and will highly recommend them. They can even bring you coffee in the morning. :) Amazing team!
Were quick to respond and showed up at the appointed time. Work was done well and in a timely efficient manner. Will hire these guys a again as other projects arise.
Infinity did a great job installing a dining room chandelier and bathroom vanity lights for me. They were fast, seasoned professionals who did the job right the first time and left everything spotlessly clean. Great communication about availability, arrival time and what it would take to complete the work. I would absolutely call them again for more work.
