Communication was sometimes an issue as Paul, the owner, was usually not onsite while the work was being done. I had to call to get updates and to remind them that certain things had not been done. The quality of the work, especially the carpentry, was below what I expected and several of our projects were not done right the first time so they needed to be corrected or re-worked after they were supposedly finished. What I learned is that TruBlue would probably be good for relatively unskilled, smaller projects, e.g., gutter cleaning, trimming shrubs, maybe replacing a light switch. But, for carpentry, especially finished carpentry it would be better to hire a tradesman with training in that area.
