The tech diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the springs and other parts that were causing the noise because of wear and tear. It was repaired without any problem and is now much quieter. I will use them again if the need arises.

I contacted Mark and he advised that his quotes were free so I booked the appointment. My garage opener was not functioning correctly, and I knew something was wrong with it. When he came to my home originally I was not there, but my husband was. I didnt tell my hubby about the free quote. Mark said that it may be the motor, but he had a trip charge of 89.00 so he would just service the garage door for 89.00 and if we needed work he would deduct that from the price. When I reached home my garage door was doing the same thing, I reached out via text to Mark and he was fast with his reply and came back to my home. While at my home he stated again that it may be the motor. (I was thinking okay so fix the motor) He told my husband that he could order a new system for us and deduct the 89.00 from it he gave my husband two prices for the system. I reached out to Mark via text and asked him to confirm his cost for the new system with the deduction. His response was higher than what he spoke to my husband about. I asked why, and no response. I gave him 3 days before making my post. I think overall its because of the distance., He is located in Roswell, and i am in Gwinnett. Long story short, I'm going to just buy a new system from Lowes or Home Depot and have them install it.

You must have me confused with another company or you and your husband have misunderstood each other. In no way shape or form have I or will I have charge a trip charge.

Mark did an awesome job! He provides great value-price was competitive and service was superb. He not only provided a fair price but did several side items not included for no additional cost. Mark showed up exactly on time; He is very pleasant and easy to deal with. If you have a garage door/opener problem, don't bother calling anyone else.
