They said that they would do one thing in regards to the repair, they told me they would arrive at 4:00, they showed up at 7:30, finished the work until 9:30, they did not do what they promised, the work done was terrible and will need to be completely redone.

The day we agreed to do the job I showed up by 9 AM and you were not there, I went back until 6 PM the same day because I could not make it on time and you agreed for me to do the job after I told you I went in the morning. After I did the job I asked you if everything was okay and you said there were some holes there, I covered it and painted over, I asked you again about the job and you said it was fine and paid me. Next thing I know is you calling me to ask for a refund of $220 because the job is bad and I offered to go back to fix what's wrong but you refused and told me to wait to hear from your lawyer.
