Mr. Jackson takes great pride in his work and it shows. He is a one-man team so the project takes time but he is very thorough and makes sure it is done right. He removed the cupping in my floors, then refinished the floor and they are now beautiful. He then took the time with me to choose a stain and matched the floor color to rest of the house.

Mr. Jackson replaced water-damaged wood flooring in the powder room and foyer, as well as refinished the flooring in the foyer, powder room and dining room. He is very professional and his work is impeccable. The floors look like brand new hard wood flooring. I would definitely recommend Mr. Jackson.

It was a pleasure to have Mr Jackson and his assistant work in our home. We hired him to replace damaged wood flooring and refinish the floors on the first level of our home, including the steps. He was timely in coming to my home to evaluate the job and give my husband and me a price quote. I was comfortable hiring him because of all of the positive reviews I read about him and his professionalism After we agreed to the quote, he immediately sent us the contract and he honoured all of the contract terms. Excellent job came to visit my home immediately after contacting him. He provided a quote and cost most important a date he committed to and showed up with a professional staff on the agreed date. He did an excellent job on my water damaged floors, the price was the lowest bid I received and the work was superb. Excellent job will always have a floor vendor.

Can't say enough great things about Mr. Jackson. The floors look like artwork. Really quite beautiful. Existing flaws like many staple and nail holes, were minimized, there are no waves, no snags. He and his assistant worked efficiently and both are very friendly and professional. He did some extra work on my wooden stair railing, as well as applying some paint to the stairway walls, for a very reasonable rate. Helped with advice on stain color and finish. An altogether satisfying experience - and NO subcontractors. The cleanup was very easy, in fact, there was nearly nothing to clean up. Mr. Jackson and his assistant took care of that efficiently.
