Very prompt, professional and thorough! Excellent upgrades and modernization recommendations made to correct existing problems. We greatly appreciate the knowledge of existing units and how best to improve and maximize their performance. Teaching and instruction on upgrades were explained in a down to earth manner. It is hard to find people that want to work hard these days, especially in entertainment system repairs. Jibril was recommended to me by our previous entertainment and security system company that sold. Upon our initial call I thought I was going to have to wait weeks to get an answer. He returned my call quickly and was able to get me on the schedule right away, very rare these days. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable of my entertainment system (Sonos) and knew what the issue was right away and rectified it quickly. While he was there I asked a security system question and the next day he had a solution and within a few days was able to obtain the part quickly and fixed it, at a reasonable rate as well. I will use Jibril for all my entertainment and security maintenance, upgrades and any repairs. He is timely, polite and listens to your concerns. I have already recommended him to all of our neighbors.
