They were willing to come and work "after hours" which was a big help since I had 1 1/2" of water in my basement. They removed the water and set up 5 fans and 5 dehumidifier. the work isn't done yet, so we'll see how it turns out. My fear is that they will leave the rented equipment longer than necessary - let's see how that comes out. Recommendations from Home Advisers gives me comfort in the reliability of the company so I am not too worried!

Looks like the quality is very good, although I am not an expert in carpets. These is some questions about multiple loose particles of carpet fiber laying around my floors, that makes me think that the carpet started peeling (loosing fibers) and after a while may start being noticeable. I am not sure yet if this is because of the recent installing operation, or it is due to the quality of the carpets,

Thank you for your comment. The carpet we installed in your property comes with 10 years manufactures warranty and you are covered by our one year workmanship warranty. Also the carpet is FHA approved. The loosen piles after installation will be removed with vacuuming. I'll be more than happy to inspect your carpet upon your request.
