Roofers did not protect shrubs as well as they could have.

Our crew did have some plywood up to help protect landscaping I am sorry to hear they could have done a better job I will talk with them as well as my Project Managers. I would be happy to cover the cost of some new shrubs if needed.

Roger came out this morning. Tore off the vent on the roof, fixed it and put it back on. Water tested roof no leaks. We had some pieces of facia needed to be put on. He took care of all of that. I very nice gentleman. Thank you Knox for sending Roger to do the work.

I am totally satisfied with the job that was done by your crew including your carpenter. The crew was great to work with through to whole process. They did everything that you & I had discussed, kept me informed​ on the progress, & answered any questions I had on the job they were doing. They explained to me that none of the shingles that were removed were nailed in the 'nail strips' properly. They were able to basically tear off the roof by hand leaving very few nails to remove from the decking. I watched as they installed the new shingles with 5-6 nails per shingle as is suppose to be done. The roof looks fantastic. The place was cleaned up every evening & was spotless when the job was finished. You will be getting my recommendation to use Knox Services.
