I had an exceptional experience with Koala Insulation! Simeon and Fisher were absolute rock stars - not only were they incredibly hardworking, but they were also punctual and efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was flawless after the job, and their courtesy and kindness were truly remarkable. I must also commend the owner, Bill, who was a pleasure to work with. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the process. We used Koala to spray new insulation in our attic space of our home built in 1984. The crew of Simeon and Fisher were very professional, on time, very thorough in explaining the process, completed the work in a timely manner, and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend reaching out to Bill Villani and Koala to get a quote if you are looking to save energy cost due to old and ineffective insulation.

Great people, great service! I HIGHLY recommend these folks because of their prompt, professional service. They were very respectful of our household, which means they treated us with courtesy and did a great job cleaning up when the job was done. Since this was just completed, I haven't had enough time to evaluate the benefits. One thing I did notice immediately was the quietness in our upstairs rooms. I'm expecting to reap the energy saving benefits very soon!
