    I had a great experience with LRE from first contact. They responded quickly to an appointment request. The Design Specialist, Austin Awad completed the assessment with honesty and professionalism. He identified minor issues and explained thoroughly the work needed. He saved me from being scammed of 15k by another company for foundation repair that was not needed. The crew that completed the service were also courteous and organized. I will recommend LRE and not hesitate to contact them in the future if needed.

    I read reviews all the time before I make a decision to use someone or a company. But , I never take the time to write one until now . They should start a business on how to run a business !! All of the personnel from the sales people to the techs, Justin and Jay , were great !! Communication was outstanding, questions were answered promptly if not immediately . Justin called when he and Jay were 30 minutes away and when they arrived , in uniform , introduced themselves , looked at the job and explained how they would handle it and went to work. Both are polite, friendly and professional. Exactly the way you would hope someone to be when you are having work done. I would not hesitate to recommend, it was a stress free experience !!

    Had a channel drain installed across my driveway. The crew did a good job installing the actual channel but located the drains terminal point in the wrong place. I called the office and did get a quick reply. Crew was back out in a week. Moved the drain but still not where it will allow proper drainage. Got in touch will the company again. They aren't going to make this good, it's up to me to jury rig a solution. I hired LRE so I would have a DIY project. If anybody out there has a drainage project done by LRE make them flood it to show you it's a working system before you pay.

LRE has taken your concerns seriously and we appreciate this feedback and you bringing this to our attention. Our Crew Leader relocated the pop-up drain to a further location, per your request. Regarding some of your other concerns, LRE pointed out that your concerns about the system not performing fast enough was actually the result of debris getting into your channel drain. The great news is since you went with LRE for your channel drain project, you will reap the benefits of our 4" drain, which allows you to take the lid/cap off and maintain this yourself or hire someone to do it for you. LRE also has some other products that can help drive water flow even faster than the channel drain currently has the capacity to do. We also offer an annual service maintenance plan that would have the channel drain debris removal included in that service. If you're interested, please give us a call at 1-800-580-0229. Thank you.

    My project was preformed in a excellent way, as was all of the estimate, and work with your office staff. The problem I had was after all the work was complete. Your collection officer, Zuleyma Roman, called me and said that I still owed $268.23 and wanted the money immediately. I informed her that I had already paid the full amount owed, and I asked her if she had deducted the Holiday 5% gift. She said she had and that I owed LRE the $268.23. I didn't have my paperwork with me, but when I got home I found that she had not deducted the 5% and that was the amount of money she was asking for. I contacted the office the next morning and talked to Cassidy Kilday. I asked Cassidy to please set my signed contract, showing that I did not owe any more money. Now I understand a mistake, but you know after having presented my evidence all I received was was a notice of payment in full. No apology no sorry. So the people you sent to do the work were great, most of you office staff was great but after the verbal harassment from your collection staff I will be unable to recommend you organization in the future.
