I believe that Mr. Perez is a bit prejudice against black people. He is pleasant, bu asked for a deposit saying he reads people pretty well. I took from this that he believed I was dishonest. I did take offense to the gesture, but needed his services so held back my comments. I did not get to review the plans before final payment. I asked for pictures and he wouldn't even supply that before final payment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend LRP Engineering to others. I hope Mr. Perez learns that not all black people are dishonest.

I am sorry that you thought I asked for 50% of payment only to you because you were dishonest. Everyone is asked for a percentage at the start of the work. In most cases it is 100% and not 50%. I have been burned buy people who have never paid and in my kindness to them lost money- more than once. That is why I insist on a down payment. Also if you recall, you did not have 50% and I said it was alright to give what you had. AT the end I even DROPPED the price for you an additional 17% because I felt that I needed to HELP YOU. Finally, I want you to know that my great grandmother was a Hispanic black woman. Some of my best friends have been black.
