The experience with Lakeview Roofing and Construction was very positive! Mario and his crew were great and communicated clearly throughout the process. I received my detailed quote within hours of inquiry and the work began the next morning. As I checked on the new flat roof being installed, Mario and the crew explained their progress and were proud to show their work to me. The crew cleaned out the gutters and prepped the roof area thoroughly before application of the new roof. I will definitely recommend Lakeview, Mario and their crew to friends and neighbors!

Mario came out the same day and I had an estimate the next morning in my email. Price was about the same as others but he did explain in detail why and how he was going to fix my roof. Also followed through with the roof layover and went the extra mile to remove cuplings and flash underneath them. Also he lifted an ac unit and put the layover under it and put the ac back in its place. 5 star through and through. Mario and his crew did this the very next day after the estimate. Outstanding!!

Answered my contact request within an hour, visited my home to check out the issue and to recommend a plan, quoted a reasonable price and returned as quickly as they could given weather conditions, and completed the job within one day. Attention to detail was a trademark, and they kept me informed as to what they were doing. Lakeview provided service that Northshore residents usually can only dream about. Fast response, on time, attention to detail, quality materials, great cleanup after completion and reasonable pricing. I would strongly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

Very responsive and quick to start the job after we had a small leak in our family room. They added a new roof onto our existing flat roof with a modified rubber torch down system and aluminum coating overlay. Everything looks good but of course with a roof, only time will tell. Mario was very nice and easy to work with and was their with his crew the whole time.
