The installers were great guys to work with. The were new at installations, except for the trainer, but he was from another state and reported the water was clear the day of the installation and it wasn't. We contacted Homeleaf and they sent out an installer ASAP who flushed the system and not it's clear. He told us the trainer was being dealt with by the office. I would not hold this back from recommending them to other potential customers. They are a nationwide firm. One thing we learned after the installation was that the warranty is not transferrable and some of the maintenance items that are free for us will not be free to the new home owners. We should have asked more about this during the sales appointment, and the representative should have reviewed the warranty with us.

The installer Dustin was great! He was on time and professional. The installation was completed in about four hours as stated the job would be. I am happy with my water softener system and so is my skin!

I called Leaf Water I explained we needed a water test for a VA refinance and ask if they do this test, she said yes absolutely I ask what the test cost she said its free I told her this is a very specific type of test the VA requires on well water she said that is what they do I again questioned the free price as I know this is an expensive test, she that is its free so I booked the test Turns out they wanted to sell us a water conditioner. Getting their free water test set us back a week since we had to find the correct company to do the test.
