Last year, a couple of weeks after a heavy snow in our area, a Big chunk of ice fell off the roof in the backyard on to a natal table that we had there. The ice was so heavy that bended the metal table. We were lucky that no one was in the backyard at the moment. So, I hired Gutter Helmet to install snow guards on my roof. to prevent the snow from sliding over the solar panels. They were very responsive. Soon an appointment was scheduled and they came to assess the project and gave me a quote. We agreed on the solution and a couple of weeks later they came to do the job which took them about two hours to complete. The payment was in three installments (interest free). I look forward to seeing how it goes during the snow season.

We had Gutter Helmet installed 1.5 years ago and unfortunately a tree hit our home this winter. I called Gutter Helmet and they come out within two days to assess the damage and provide a quote for insurance. The work was completed with in two weeks. We were given a 6 hour window for the workers to arrive. Unfortunately they changed out window to a later time frame during the day and we were not notified. This put a strain on our daily schedule but we were flexible so we could get our home put back together. Overall work was great, customer service was not as stellar.

He was very punctual and friendly sort eager to please.His work was good to me his down points was he took 4 days to do a day sn half job and worked till 10pm the first 3 dsys..I would only recommend the company as a last resort
