Steve and his son showed up on time,keep me informed as work progressed. Finished up today, wood floors look better than new. Great price also . I highly recommend these guys. Many Thanks.

Steve and Ross did an amazing job on my wood floors. The entire second floor was original pine flooring and they refinished the entire area despite the flooring being over one hundred years old and having lots of dips and curves. Floors look amazing after the gouges and previous refinishing efforts were corrected. The floors will last at least another one hundred years.

Would never recommend this contractor for multiple reasons. Steve had to reschedule at the last minute, called the night before to inform us of equipment issues, arrived 3 hours late on 1st day, took a full day longer than we had been told, AND never came back to finish phase 2 of the job. Stair edges are so rough, we could get splinters from them. Were extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and the final product. We'll need to hire a new contractor to redo the entire job and the unfinished room that Steve never came back to do by the end of September.as had been agreed to.

I called the Customer in Advance and Asked them if We could reschedule. I told them I Was Willing to have one of my Guys Work over the Entire Labor Day weekend. I Was Willing to, and Did Absorb the Extra Cost. I Did Inform Customer In Advance I was having a problem with a piece of Equipment I Needed to use on their job, that I Would be a few hours late trying to rectify. Due to YEARS of Abuse & Neglect, Their Floor ended Taking ONE Day Longer. Customer NEVER Called to Sched. (Phase 2) or that there was ANY Problem with The Job. I Warranty My Work For TWO FULL YEARS. Some People, No Matter What You Do, Will Always Look To Complain.

A lot of dark spots to my surprise even with a satin finish. . Along with the floor area we had two steps leading to another room sanded and poly. The steps look good but the risers make the job look terrible. I would have thought that the risers should have been sanded and poly fished. I was told that that was not included only areas that you walk on. Buyer be where make sure you read the contract. Make sure you carefully pick your contactors.

We Typically Do Not Refinish Risers. We Are a Flooring Company. Therefore if You do not Walk On It then it would probably be a Painting Company*s project.
