Job was delayed due to weather and other extraneous factors but the staff was professional and accessible. Very neat and a good value.

This is a tough review. The process to actually get the job scheduled was a nightmare. Actually, whatever is 50 times worse than that is the case. I called and left VMs for the project manager, the scheduler, and spoke to the Cust Svc team 3-4 times before I finally called in and had to berate someone to get a call back. This took 5+ weeks from the time my check was deposited. Once the PM got on site, the job cost doubled, due to the inability of the sales person to ask proper questions about what needed to be done. At that point, I didn't want to start the process over, so I just told them to go ahead, as I had the rental tenants already living there. Finally, at least the quality of the work was outstanding. They did a thoroughly excellent job; it was clean, precise, and done on time. If I could have cut through the rest of the organizational incompetence, I'd be happy to recommend this group to anyone. But, the level of fury I had to achieve in order to get someone to do the most basic of tasks correctly, was downright offensive.

Our painting job necessitated a lot of plastering and taping, as we have a lot of woodwork. Precision was extremely conscientious and careful and did a thoroughly professional job.

Pleasurable experience with Alex Z., the project coordinator. I chose the colors a week later, plugged them into their website and their guys came the day after and painted the interior of the house. From the date of the estimate to the day they got to work was about a week. When the job was completed, I went over everything with a fine tooth comb. I believe they could have been neater for the price I paid, but they said they would be back to touch up the few areas in question. They could have cut the trim and corners a little neater. Otherwise, they seemed to have cleaned up the interior of the house pretty well minus a few splatters. They cut sheetrock on my front lawn to patch a hole in the ceiling and left a mess on my lawn which they neglected to clean up. All in all, decent job but nothing spectacular. I don?t think the work they did was worth what I paid, but I am a nitpicker. I could have done a better job myself, but not in the timeframe that PPP completed the job. I believe they cut a few corners to get the job done quicker. Kudos to Alex for being very professional with everything. Just be aware of my aforementioned points.
