We are very pleased with the total bath remodel of our master bathroom. I can't post a picture yet because we are waiting on our granite counter top. But our remodel was finished in 4 days by two punctual, hard working young men. Everyone from the project manager to their office staff were always attentive and prompt with responses. We hope to use them for our second bath remodel soon.

My experience was great. They were fast, quick and efficient. Very nice people.

They had to return at least five times to fix the shower seal, no follow up inspection and was told they would contact us regarding the problems. Would not recommend this company. Look for others.

1 day shower/tub replacement. Have at least 2 other quotes before meeting with Living Baths. Make sure you look very carefully at everything before they leave, including the wall on the other side of the bathroom and that fixture finishes match. See pictures. It looks as though the shower head plumbing got pushed into the wall, not enough to go through the wall but it's obvious when the hall light it on. The caulking in both back corners have gaps. I noticed that the fixtures finishes didn't match right away however I knew that wouldn't be a quick easy fix. I don't have more time to take off work nor did I want to deal with this prossess anymore. I decided to deal with the mismatched finishes. Unfortunately when I went in to clean the room after the 24 hours cure time I noticed the caulking issues and then noticed the wall issue. They came back and fixed the caulking issue but I'll fix the wall.

Know what itâ s like to hire a contractor and never be able to get them on the phone? That will NOT happen with the people at Living Bath. Feeling overwhelmed with what to choose for finishes because youâ ve watched too many home improvement shows? We felt swamped by our 2 bathroom reno projects but we had a general ideal and starting at the ProSource showroom was key in pulling it together. Mike (carpenter) and Mark (project mgr) answered questions, came back for detail finishing, answered a zillion questions professionally and with a great sense of humor. I had my tub removed and a walk-in shower installed. From the salesman to the office staff to the installers it was a wonderful experience. Mike & Tim the installers were just awesome. They were very professional, precise and very pleasant to work with. The shower is just gorgeous. I will happily recommend LivingBath to anyone looking to have work done in their bathroom.

The installers were very good at what they do, did a great job all the way around. They went above and beyond to make it look and function perfectly. We got this for our future as we grow older, we feel this will be a great tub for us to turn to when we are feeling worn down etc. the unit itself is great quality and Iâ ll admit it was rather expensive, but I feel it will be worth it as time goes on. Very professional group! I recommend them hands down!
