Philip and his team are great. I've had roof troubles since this roof was put on, and first of all he fixed them. He also gave me a promise for 3 years worry free. There's been an issue and he has immediately remedied. I feel like I paid for the peace of mind and it is worth it. Loyola roofing honored its word with no questions asked, not much more you can ask for.

The Loyola Roofing team came out quickly and they were professional, polite, and did the repair work in the amount of time estimated. They were also able to recommend a course of maintenance to help my existing roof last longer. I feel comfortable calling them again in the future.

I have also had work done on my roof 3 times in 5 years. I wish I knew about Loyola Roofing from the beginning. I believe it s rare to find companies out there anymore that are honest, fair-priced, provide top quality workmanship, and superior customer service. So glad we went with them and I will recommend them to my friends and anyone else looking to get the job done right, quick and from people you can actually trust. They truly go above and beyond even what they promise and of all the quotes did not bs me on stuff we didn t actually need.

Phil did the work quickly and professionally. It just cost more than I anticipated due to the nature of the damage that was present in the attic. I had no idea that roof repair was so expensive!!!

excellent customer service by rich ,he showed up right away after my call.I was from wisconsin but the job was in chicago at my mothers home. i only had a few days to get the job done rich came right out ,he started two days later and finished the roof in one day they were outstanding,thanks guys

Paul came right out and took video of the roof to show exactly what was wrong. He was very professional and courteous he explained what he was going to do and gave me choices to fix the problem and prices which I could except or deny. He gave me a 7 year warranty and said I could call any time I experience a problem and they would get right on it. I was very impressed and would definitely refer him.

When the February storms rolled through northern Illinois they contained winds of over 60 MPH. The winds were so strong they tore off shingles across our entire roof along with parts of the soffit and light fixtures that were attached to it. The damage was so severe that water was leaking into the house. I had already hired Loyola Roofing LLC for a previous project through HomeAdvisor and was very pleased with their work. I immediately contacted Loyola Roofing owner Phillip Rich and advised him of the situation. Within hours he had a crew on site to tarp the roof and cleanup the debris that was scattered around ours and our neighborâ s yards. Within days the insurance company had sent an adjuster to assess the damage and determine the amount that would be covered. Loyola submitted a bid that was in line with the insurance companies cost estimate. We were informed that during the repairs other damage may be revealed. When repairs were started it was found that a skylight and several pieces of wood needed to be replaced. Loyola worked with us and the insurance company to make sure this newly found damage was also covered. Loyola completed the repairs with the type and quality materials that we requested. The new roof, soffit and light fixtures were completed with our complete satisfaction. After working with us and the insurance company Phil actually came in under budget for the original bid and all additional repairs were covered by the insurance company. Based on his work on the roof and soffit we decided to have the house re-sided by Phil and Loyola Roofing LLC. They did a great job at a great price. I would recommend Loyola Roofing LLC and Philip Rich for roofing and other contracting needs. Phil was always available and personally met with us throughout the entire process.
